Chocolate Cork began with two things Keri Lauderdale Olson loves: bringing people together and creating memorable food experiences.
Now she’s bringing that experience to Southern California.

Keri created Chocolate Cork more than a decade ago and built the brand in the Kansas City market. Experiences have brought people together in private homes, corporate settings, apartment communities, restaurants and wine bars.
Her background spans hospitality, catering, culinary experiences, innovation and event facilitation. She also served as a guest instructor at the Culinary Center of Kansas City.
Now based in San Diego, Keri is relaunching Chocolate Cork for private parties, companies and residential communities throughout San Diego County.
You don’t have to know wine. You just have to know what you like.
Keri’s favorite part isn’t telling you which pairing you’re supposed to like. It’s watching your face when you discover the one you do.
